30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Request a Refund To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at freimanpina@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@shoppurelyyou.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
